Hi there! My name is Beka (like Becca, but better). I’ve got two degrees, mountains of student loans, and something called Glycogen Storage Disease Type VII. I started this blog as a way to stay motivated and share all the adventures of my slow carb journey, but I never thought it would grow this much (or that I’d stick with it for so many years). I am not a professional chef, but I do love to eat and I especially love not feeling sick all the time.
